Jesus tells us here that those who have received the remission of sin should give the gift that Moses commanded as their testimony. They say that it takes six years from the time of leprosy infection for people to realize its subjective symptom. The disease remains dormant for the first 6 years, but on the 7th year it breaks out openly. This is a particular pathological characteristic of leprosy.
